Dynisco Extrusion – Europe: Dynisco Europe GmbH (D-74078 Heilbronn; www.dynisco.com) – which was recently acquired by investment company Madison Capital as part of a package (see Plasteurope.com 23, 2000, ”Pointers”) has, in turn, acquired Beringer LLC (Marblehead, MA / USA; www.commerxplasticsnet.com/beringer). Beringer has so far been part of the Brown Machine Group, which was similarly purchased by Madison in 1998. The product ranges of the two companies fit in ideally with each other and are to be integrated over the long term, according to a company announcement. While Dynisco Extrusion makes primarily gear pumps and changer units, the focus at Behringer is on screen changers, die cleaners and pelletising devices. The two companies will now be offering their services to customers from a single source.
