Miniature E+E parts from “Stanyl Highflow” range

The “Stanyl Highflow” range of UL94 HB (horizontal flame testing) rated halogen free material for E+E applications has been launched commercially by DSM Engineering Plastics (Sittard / The Netherlands; www.dsmep.com). Components for the recently introduced USB 3.0 “SuperSpeed” computer peripheral interface are now employing UL94 HB rated material as a standard, DSM said. The “Highflow” range offers high flow capabilities, enabling the manufacture of extremely miniaturised designs while increasing productivity and reducing costs.
