Window profile manufacturer Deceuninck (Hooglede-Gits / Belgium; www.deceuninck.com) is set to have a new CEO, with 56-year-old Bruno Humblet scheduled to take the helm at the beginning of 2022. Humbelt’s predecessor Francis Van Eeckhout is to return to the board of directors to become its chairman. Van Eeckhout, – also a shareholder in the company – had taken over the position of CEO on an interim basis in 2016 after the departure of Tom Debusschere.
