PVC compounder Colorite (Ridgefield, New Jersey / USA; www.coloritepolymers.com) has announced Richard Craythorne as international sales and business development manager for its European operations. Craythorne has more than 20 years of experience in senior sales positions and has worked in medical diagnostic sectors in Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, including at Trinity Biotech, UDG Healthcare and Randox. He will be based at Colorite's European office in Belfast / UK and report to global managing director Ian Kenny.

Colorite belongs to Tekni-Plex (Wayne, Pennsylvania / USA; www.tekni-plex.com), and specialises in custom clear PVC compounds for medical devices. Kenny says Craythorne is "ideally suited" to support the company's global growth efforts with its PVC and TPE compounds.
