Take over of Belgian speciality polymers distributor Alphamin
Chemicals distributor Brenntag (Mülheim / Germany; www.brenntag.com) has acquired all shares of Alphamin (Wavre / Belgium; www.alphamin.com), a distributor of speciality polymers and waxes.
