Lars Karcher has been market development manager of Biesterfeld Spezialchemie's (Hamburg / Germany; www.biesterfeld-spezialchemie.com) since November 2017. Karcher is also responsible for customer service throughout Europe. Previously, he worked on product development and market launches in the areas of polyolefins, engineering plastics and PU systems at international raw materials and systems producers.

Biesterfeld Spezialchemie's market manager, Henning Hermann, says he brings to the team plenty of knowledge in technical support and management of new product development. Karcher also "contributes extensive know-how gathered as a former developer for polyurethane systems to the customer-oriented development of polyurethane formulations."
