Name change for Novio; more to follow / Formation of EMEA division

Following its purchase by Berlin Packaging (Chicago, Illinois / USA; www.berlinpackaging.com; see Plasteurope.com of 16.12.2019) – Novio Packaging Scandinavia has changed its name to Berlin Packaging Denmark from 1 July 2021.
Over the coming months, Berlin Packaging said it will be renaming all its European companies. As a next step, it plans to create a Europe, Middle East and Africa division to provide a complete range of packaging products, from design and consulting services to distribution.
Part of the brand reorganisation will see the establishment of three logos: one corporate and two commercial. The company added that the moves will significantly simplify the business, as well as provide more opportunities thanks to increased expertise in its markets and stable geographic coverage.
