Bayer Sheet Europe is incorporated into Bayer MaterialScience
Come 1 October 2011, Bayer Sheet Europe (Darmstadt / Germany; www.bayersheeteurope.com) – which operates three sites in Belgium, Germany and Italy – will officially change its name. In Germany, the Bayer business division will be known as Bayer MaterialScience GmbH, in Belgium as Bayer MaterialScience N.V. and in Italy as Bayer MaterialScience SpA. The reasoning behind the name change is a strategic group focus on Bayer umbrella brand. The change will not impact customers, the manufacturer of high-quality polycarbonate sheets said, adding that all product names would remain unchanged.
