"Alastian": Open for business in Russia
Customers of the "Alastian" polyolefins purchasing website (www.alastian.com) in Russia and other CIS countries are now able to access products and services of Basell (Hoofddorp / The Netherlands; www.basell.com) in the same way as customers in western Europe. The website, launched by Basell in 2004, now has a Russian language version which allows resin buyers to check prices and place and track orders at any time. A portal for Basell´s customers in Poland will be opened at the end of October 2006.
