Florence Poivey has been reelected as president of the French plastics processing association Fédération de la Plasturgie et des Composites (FEP, Paris; www.laplasturgie.fr). The remaining association leaders are vice president Dominique Frète, who also serves as president of the composites group GPIC (Levallois Perret / France; www.gpic.fr), Sylvain Raux (CGL Pack; www.cglpack.de), Jaques le Bouler (RBL Plastiques; www.rbl.fr), Benoît Hennaut (Nicoll France; www.nicoll.fr), Sébastien Petithuguenin (Paprec; www.paprec.com), Jean-François Verjat (MEA France; www.mea-group.de) and François-Xavier Lemasson (Eurostyle Systems; www.eurostyle-systems.fr).
One of the tasks of the new board will be to drive forward the association’s future division into three regional groupings (see Plasteurope.com of 14.01.2015). Also new is the fact that Petithuguenin, CEO of recycling group Paprec (La Courneuve / France; www.paprec.com), will for the first time ever oversee efforts for sustainable development.
