Phil McDivitt named CEO

The US polyamide producer Ascend Performance Materials (Houston, Texas; www.ascendmaterials.com) has a new CEO. In early April 2017, Phil McDivitt took over as president and CEO, and he is also appointed as a member of the board of directors of the company.
His predecessor, Frederic Poses, retired and stepped down from the board of directors. McDivitt joined Ascend in 2015 and last year he became president and COO.
