With a background in business development and knowledge of the local market, Afar said he aims to position Albis as a trusted partner for Israeli customers. “Israel offers a robust and dynamic economic environment with a strong industrial sector,” said the company’s CEO Horst Klink.

The Tel Aviv-based subsidiary is expected to supply Albis’s product portfolio, which includes materials from established partners such as BASF, Covestro, Mocom, SK Chemicals, and Syensqo, alongside newer collaborations with Aloxe and Arkema. The company said it will also provide local plastics converters and OEMs with tailored logistics support via its new warehouse facility at Haifa, Israel.
