Price increase for BPA in the Americas
Momentive Performance Materials (Albany, New York / USA; www.momentive.com) said its specialty chemicals division plans to raise prices for BPA in the Americas by USD 0.08/lb. The company said the price hike, effective from 1 February 2012, was necessary because of increased raw material costs.
