Medical technology specialist Raumedic (Helmbrechts / Germany; www.raumedic.com) has moved its satellite operation in Voiron / France, into an independent subsidiary. As part of the change, which came into effect at the beginning of July, long-serving sales manager Claude Zingg has been promoted to managing director of Raumedic S.A.R.L.

As well as running the medical technology manufacturer’s business in France, Zingg is also responsible for the Benelux, Swiss, South European, South American and North African markets. Raumedic has had its own French sales office, which provides operational customer support, since 2004. The German company has further branches in the US, Switzerland, Austria, Northern Ireland, Italy and Singapore.
