Leadership reshuffle at US compounder and distributor
Following the departure of Craig Nikrant, president of Specialty Engineered Materials at PolyOne (Avon Lake, Ohio / USA; www.polyone.com), CCO Michael Garratt will serve as interim president of the division until further notice. According to CEO Robert Patterson, Garratt can "accelerate the plans and strategic investments" PolyOne has in place for SEM until a successor is named.
Recently, David Jarus has been appointed vice president for R&D. He succeeds Christopher Murphy, who will retire in July.
