“Second International Plastic Packaging Technologies Congress” held in Istanbul in mid-October
The “Second International Plastic Packaging Technologies Congress” (www.turkishpic.com) will take place in Istanbul / Turkey on 21 October 2015. The event, organised by Turkish plastics association Pagev (Istanbul; www.pagev.org.tr), focuses on plastic’s effects on economic development, its ease of use, energy savings and other environmental factors. Plastics account for almost 40% of the Turkish packaging industry, Pagev said, adding that the congress will allow stakeholders to meet market experts, academics, business leaders and investors.
