Thermoformed plastic packaging company Par-Pak Europe (Milton Keynes / UK; www.parpak.co.uk) has acquired independent rigid packaging manufacturer Deltaform (Bridgwater, Somerset / UK; www.deltaform.co.uk) and its subsidiary Chiltern Thermoforming.

Par-Pak is part of global packaging organisation Waddington Group (Covington, Kentucky / USA; www.thewaddingtongroup.com), which operates factories across Canada and North America in thermoforming, extrusion and injection moulding with product interests in high-end premium plastic tableware for the catering and restaurant trades worldwide. The acquisitions are part of Waddington’s expansion plans for the UK and Europe.
