CEO Timothy Leuliette to retire by year's end / Search for a successor underway
Visteon Corporation (Van Buren Township, Michigan / USA; www.visteon.com) president and CEO Timothy Leuliette intends to leave the company at the latest by the end of this year. The electronics specialist is currently looking for a successor.
Leuliette first became CEO in 2012 (see Plasteurope.com of 15.08.2012) and over the course of his term oversaw the company’s transformation from a multi-business automotive supplier to an electronics specialist. As part of this restructuring, the former Ford subsidiary sold several of its businesses. Visteon’s 25,500 employees are spread across 26 countries and posted sales of USD 7.5 bn in 2014.
