RPC Beauté (Marolles les Braults / France; www.rpc-beaute.com) – part of UK packaging group RPC (Rushden; www.rpc-group.com) – has introduced a new easy-open closure for a perfume launched by House of Rochas.
The black metallised PP outer layer is glued onto the bi-injected overcap, the company said. During the injection moulding process of the closure, which includes a top section in apricot colour, a special opening profile is created inside the cap to “ensure a smooth and easy opening each time”.
