French plastics processor announces rebranding
The management around company president Laurent Burelle has decided on a name change. Keeping at least some letters intact, the French automotive supplier is rebranding itself as OPmobility (Levallois; www.opmobility.com), leaving the company logo unchanged, however.

“The new name … brings our strategic profitable growth into sustainable mobility, bringing together our historic automotive activities and our technological diversification, in electrification, hydrogen, lighting, and software,” Burelle said.
According to OPmobility, the rebranding is the final step in a larger reorganisation process. Over 18 months, the company expanded from three to five segments: Exterior, Lighting, Modules (HBPO front-end modules), C-Power (energy and emission reduction systems, batteries, and electrification systems), and H2-Power (hydrogen activities).
