Lego Group appoints new CFO

On 1 September 2012, John Goodwin became the new chief financial officer (CFO) of Danish toy manufacturer Lego Group (Billund; www.lego.com). Goodwin succeeds Sten Daugaard, who left Lego at the end of last year to pursue interests outside the company – see Plasteurope.com of 18.11.2011.
In addition to heading the group's finance and accounting activities, the new CFO will also be responsible for the Information Technology and Corporate Affairs unit.
