Dennis McCullough appointed new CEO and president
The board of directors at US biochemicals producer Myriant (Quincy, Massachusetts; www.myriant.com) has appointed Dennis McCullough as new president and CEO, effective immediately. He replaces Cenan Ozmeral, who will continue to serve as a special advisor to both board and management.
McCullough joins the US group from affiliate PTT Chemical (Bangkok / Thailand; www.pttplc.com), where he most recently served as vice president of International Business Operations. Prior to that, he held several executive positions at Bayer, Bayer MaterialScience as well as Synthomer.
PTT is Thailand’s largest petrochemical producer and first invested in Myriant in 2011 (see Plasteurope.com of 02.02.2011).
