GRÄSSLIN
Distributing Mitsubishi Chemical Performance Polymers' “Tefabloc” TPEs in Germany
Effective immediately, Grässlin Kunststoffe (Villingen-Schwenningen / Germany; www.graesslin-kunststoffe.de) will be distributing Mitsubishi Chemical Performance Polymers’ (MCPP, Tokyo / Japan; www.mcpp-global.com) “Tefabloc” TPEs in Germany. The agreement strengthens the Japanese group’s presence in the country, where Chemie-Plast (Porta Westfalica / Germany; www.chemie-plast.de) has already been marketing Tefabloc for several years.

The deal is aimed at developing Tefabloc sales for injection and extrusion types. The materials have a dry touch and ultra-low hardness, as well as elastic memory at elevated and flexibility at very low temperatures. The range is also compatible for the over-moulding of soft grades on engineering polymers, MCPP said.
