Euroresins sale to Cathay Investments completed
In line with the schedule announced in December last year (see Plasteurope.com of 06.01.2015), DSM (Sittard / The Netherlands; www.dsm.com) in early March completed the sale of its Euroresins (www.euroresins.com) composites distributor to holding group Cathay Investments (Sutton, Surrey / UK; www.cathay-investments.com). Financial details were not disclosed.
Cathay Investments owns a range of companies engaged in chemicals distribution and other businesses, including Cathay Composites, a European composite materials distributor. Its activities are focused on the UK and Scandinavia.
