Velox named new distribution partner in France, UK and Italy / Natural fibre reinforcement range of materials
UK supplier of sustainable materials to the composites industry Composites Evolution (Chesterfield; www.compositesevolution.com) continues its course of building sales channels throughout Europe. The British natural fibre producer has entered into a partnership with Germany’s Velox (Hamburg; www.velox.com) in France, UK and Italy. It will supply the ”Biotex“ range of high performance natural reinforcement yarns, fabrics (woven and non-crimp) as well as pre-consolidated sheets suitable for fibre-reinforced plastic composite applications. The deal is effective immediately.

Composites Evolution recently took the first step for ensuring representation of its Biotex brand in continental Europe when it agreed to a partnership with Finnish distributor Jaycomp (Nokia; www.jacomp.fi/en) for the Finnish and Estonian markets – see Plasteurope.com of 01.05.2014.
