Senior management reshuffle come 1 August
Chevron Phillips Chemical (CPChem, The Woodlands, Texas / USA; www.cpchem.com) has announced a reshuffle in senior management positions, to take effect on 1 August. Mark Lashier, currently executive vice president of Olefins & Polyolefins, will become new executive vice president of Commercial, while senior vice president Specialties, Aromatic & Styrenics Ron Corn will become senior vice president of Projects & Supply China. Both Lashier and Corn will be reporting directly to group CEO Peter Cella.
Meanwhile, Olefins & NGL vice president Dave Smith will become senior vice president of Petrochemicals, with responsibility for olefins, NGL and aromatics. Also on 1 August, Dave Morgan, current vice president of Polyethylene, will become senior vice president of Polymers, responsible for all resins as well as the group’s Performance Pipes division. Also part of the reshuffle, Mitch Eichelberger, general manager of Normal Alpha Olefins and Polyalphaolefins, will become vice president of Specialties.
