Hervé Gastinel appointed CEO of Boats division
Single and multi-hull sailing boats producer Beneteau (Saint Gilles Croix de Vie / France; www.beneteau-group.com) has appointed Hervé Gastinel as the CEO-designate of its Boats division. He will assume the post on 26 August, succeeding Dieter Gust, whose term expires on 31 August. Gastinel will also join the company’s executive committee.
Gust will remain as chairman of subsidiary Construction Navale Bordeaux and will also be up for election as director of the Beneteau Group at the company’s annual meeting, to be held on 29 January 2016.
