ALBIS PLASTIC
Distributing Lucite's “Diakon” and “Elvakon” PMMA in Switzerland
Albis Plastic (Hamburg / Germany; www.albis.com) has expanded its existing distribution collaboration with Lucite International (Southampton / UK; www.lucite.com) to include Switzerland. The German distributor will be marketing the latter’s “Diakon” and “Elvakon” PMMA in the central European country, thereby expanding its PMMA sales activities to all of German-speaking Europe.

Lucite’s Diakon and Elvakon grades are highly translucent and exhibit high resistance to weathering and UV light. Suitable for both injection moulding and co-extrusion, they are mainly used to manufacture complex profiles or exterior applications with large surfaces, including covers on lamp fixtures.

Albis already is distributing Lucite’s portfolio on the Russian market.
